Haltwhistle camping facilities are readily available in and around the town as well as an array of accommodation facilities the length and breadth of Hadrian’s Wall. While Hadrian’s Wall obviously attracts the attention of many tourists there are also a great number of other tourist attractions in and around Haltwhistle with Northumberland regarded as one of the most beautiful of the English counties.

While there are many tourists who visit Haltwhistle looking for hotels and bed and breakfast accommodation there are also many who would rather brave the elements and catch a glimpse of the countryside and tourist attractions on one of the many campsites. This is obviously a major part of the Haltwhistle, and surrounding area, economy and has been well-developed by the Northumberland tourist board who have invested significant money into facilities and promotion of the area.

So whether you are looking for a campsite, a caravan site, a bed-and-breakfast or hotel in the Haltwhistle region there are more than enough to choose from although in the tourist season it pays to book ahead just in case!

The fact that the Haltwhistle area attracts visitors from all areas of the world and is itself twinned with a French town says everything about the environment and the tourist attractions. Whatever experience you are looking for, you are sure to find something, in and around Haltwhistle area, to suit your needs and your budget.
